Arts Meet Action Sports returns for a second installment at ISPO
The 2016 AMAS exhibitions include ”2022 BEIJING OLYMPICS”, a social media exhibition which echoes to the triumph of winning the bid for the Beijing Winter Olympics 2022 and an ISPO Beijing exclusive compilation of iconic snowsports photography titled “WHO WE ARE”.
BEIJING OLYMPICS THEMED SOCIAL MEDIA EXHIBITION AT ISPO MUNICH 2016
ISPO Munich 2016 welcomes “2022 OLYMPIC SPIRIT”, a traveling social media exhibition concept that was conceived under the Arts Meet Action Sports (AMAS) umbrella.
At ISPO Munich in Hall A4 at the ISPO TEA HOUSE, LOUNGE & GALLERY, and at ISPO Beijing, 20 images from the most progressive social media channels matching the “Beijing 2022 Olympic Spirit” theme will be showcased. Following a call for photos, the most captivating images were chosen. Each image creator is credited, and the caption of the images original
posting is visible.
2022 OLYMPIC SPIRIT resonates with our current lifestyle: instant self expression, sharing, opinionating. The social media show provides a filtered yet close up view on individual expressions about the hottest topic in winter sports – the 2022 Winter Olympics in Beijing. The run up to this land mark event of the modern winter sports era will be uniquely celebrated on social media in the years to come. Here is a glimpse of the initial joy, the celebrations upon winning the bid and towards the participants who shared their moments on instagram and weibo.
